                               RESOLUTION NO. 20901
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF
                   TWO (2) FIRE HYDRANTS FOR PUBLIC FIRE
                   PROTECTION AT A LOCATION MORE PARTICULARLY
                   DESCRIBED HEREIN, AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF
                   THE TARIFF THEREFOR.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       acceptance of two (2) fire hydrants for public fire protection
       located in the Council Fire Townhouses, Phase 2, on Blackwell 
Farm
       Road;
       	    	 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that payment of the tariff to
       the Tennessee-American Water Company be and is hereby authorized.
